(AP) - A veteran Florida Highway Patrol trooper was killed after being struck by a vehicle while she was working a traffic crash on Interstate 75 in Marion County.FHP officials say Trooper Chelsea Richard died Saturday afternoon after she, a tow truck driver, and another pedestrian were hit by a pickup truck as they stood on the shoulder of the road.Richard and the tow truck driver were pronounced dead at the scene. On Sunday, May 4, the third pedestrian died at a nearby hospital. Richard was a nine-year veteran of FHP.
