Seminole Heights Realtors report drop in showings after recent murders

Realtors who operate in Seminole Heights are are seeing fewer showings or inquiries.

TAMPA, Fla. -- With what is happening in southeast Seminole Heights, would you consider buying or renting in the neighborhood?

Realtors say people have safety concerns and the number of showings has been dropping off quickly.

The neighborhood has been popular for so-called "flippers" who come in and update older properties.

Workers, who install new floors, cabinets and more say they are already seeing a drop off in the amount of work in this neighborhood and are actually concerned about their own safety as well.
