Tampa, Florida — The signs asking for tips about what happened to Felecia Williams along the Courtney Campbell Causeway are gone now, but that hasn't stopped those closest to the 9-year-old from asking for justice.
"She can't be with her father, her stepfather," said Angelo.
This Father's Day, a stepfather is without his daughter.
"She was an angel when she was alive," said Williams' stepdad, Calvin Holder.
A mother waits for answers from police.
"I hope those who were involved will be brought to justice," said Williams' mother, Felecia Demerson.
Two doors down from where Felecia lived in Temple Terrace, even neighbors like Weltha Wharff are looking for answers.
"I want (the family) to have closure. I want to have closure myself with it, because I worry about her all the time," Wharff said.
Thirty days after 9-year-old Felecia Williams disappeared and was found dead, there have been no charges in her murder case.
"Speed the investigation up," said neighbor Angelo People.
Temple Terrace police have named Granville Ritchie, currently in Pinellas County jail on drug charges, as a suspect in Felecia's death, but "hopefully they do have the right person," People said.
10 News tried to contact Temple Terrace police by phone and email for an update on the investigation, but did not receive a response.
Still, as neighbor Weltha Wharff remembers the girl, she said was always happy. "Everybody loved her and she was very, very friendly."
A total of $13,000.00 in reward money is being offered by Crime Stoppers of Tampa and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
