Missing Weeki Wachee boy found safe

UPDATE: Deputies say Isaiah Holland has been found safe. Hernando Sheriff's deputies say Isaiah was found walking in the area of Mirage Avenue and Labrador Duck Road.

He has been returned to his family. Authorities have not said why Isaiah took off the way he did from school.

Weeki Wachee, Florida -- The Hernando County Sheriff's Office currently has several units out in the area of Commercial Way across from Winding Waters K-8 School trying to locate 12-year-old Isaiah Theo Holland.

Authorities say Isaiah left the school on foot around 12:04 p.m. and reportedly ran across Commercial Way into the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area.

Isaiah is a Hispanic/Male with short dark brown hair, 5'2" and weighs about 125 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, unknown color pants and possibly Converse tennis shoes.

At this time there are deputies and K-9 teams on foot, deputies on all terrain vehicles and four-wheel drive vehicles in the Wildlife Management Area and a helicopter in the air searching for Isaiah.
