Tampa, Florida -- When we asked 10 News viewers to nominate someone who is hardworking and deserves a day of pampering, our in-box was flooded with emails.
The woman who came out on top was nominated by a former neighbor who told us she has never met a person who was more deserving.
Debbie Longhini is a remarkable woman.
She is currently taking care of her mother who suffers from dementia. It's a 24-hour responsibility and she never takes a day off.
Up until last year, this loving daughter was also taking care of her grandmother. After her grandmother passed away, many people urged Debbie to put her mother in a nursing home.
Debbie says that thought never crossed her mind and declared now is the time her mom needs her the most.
How can you not love that attitude?
Debbie also said she thought she would be rewarded in heaven one day. Thanks to Posh Salon and Spa in South Tampa, Debbie got a taste of heaven on earth.
Owner Steffeny Linn opened her arms and her salon to give Debbie a day she will always remember. From a relaxing massage, facial, to mani/pedi Debbie got the works.
But it was the sassy haircut done by Steffeny herself that was the icing on Debbie's day of beauty. The flawless makeup application sealed the deal.
She was glowing and smiling. Now the beautiful woman on the inside was more evident on the outside.
