Couple found in car apparent murder-suicide, says Pasco County Sheriff's Office

Wesley Chapel, Florida -- Pasco Sheriff's detectives investigating the death of two people found in a car parked outside a Wesley Chapel Target Thursday night say it appears to be a murder-suicide.

Officials say the bodies of 65-year-old Armando Troconis, of Holiday, and his girlfriend, 59-year-old Elizabeth Behrens , of Tampa, were found around 7:45 at the Target located at 1201 Bruce B. Downs Blvd.

Detectives say they believe Troconis shot Behrens in her car and then himself.

The case is still under investigation.

There have been other murder-suicides that have taken place in public places recently. Back in April, a husband shot his wife and then himself in the middle of the day in the parking lot of a Largo Walgreens.

In July, a man shot a woman in front of their son at a Tampa Village Inn before turning the gun on himself.
