Friday, November 20th

  • Forever the Sickest Kids - The poppy band from Dallas, TX has been making the rounds on the underground circuit for some time, and are slated to return to the Bay area to headline the State.  The guys will be joined by The Rocket Summer, Sing It Loud, My Favorite Highway, and Artist vs. Poet.
  • Todd Glass - The always satirical and often times irreverent Todd Glass is taking a break from his national tour with David Spade to perform for a limited time at the Tampa Improv in Ybor!
  • Purple - Join the Four Aces at Nova 535 to celebrate the release of Vocess Magazine and create awareness as well as raise money for Pancreatic Cancer research at the Purple Party!
  • Bobby Palermo - Bobby Palermo is set to return to the Bay area to play once again at Colorama Music this Friday!  The evening will be filled with humor, impersonations, and of course, fabulous music! 
  • BayWalk Wine & Music Series - "Wine down" at the BayWalk Wine and Music Series which will feature relaxing jazz music and decadent wine for a mere $5 a glass.

Saturday, November 21st:

  • Chillounge Night - St. Pete - Straub Park will once again turn into a beautiful outdoor lounge complete with a fireworks display, Brazilian Samba Parade, a fashion show and a cigar lounge!
  • Chuck Ragan - Formerly of Gainesvill-based punk band, Hot Water Music, Chuck Ragan has since gone on to critically hailed success with a solo project.  See Ragan tonight at the State Theatre where he's slated to headline the Revival Tour.
  • Hottest Heroes 2009 Calendar Preview - Calling all ladies!!! You've helped narrow the search down to 12 sexy firemen, and now all your hard work is going to be rewarded at the Hottest Heroes 2009 Calendar Preview!!! 
  • Blue and White Party - Join former Buccaneer Ian Beckles poolside at the Tampa Bay Hard Rock for the 6th annual Blue and White Party to benefit the Children's Cancer Center.  Ian along with a few of his celebrity friends will provide an unforgettable evening of entertainment beneath the stars.
  • Cigar Heritage Festival - The annual Cigar Heritage Festival not only promises to be a spectacular day of fun for lovers of fine cigars, but also for the entire family!  Enjoy a day of cultural entertainment and watch as the festival aims to break world records!

Sunday, November 22nd:

  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. New Orleans Saints - Cheer on the Bucs as they take on the Saints at Raymond James Stadium.  This should be one hell of a game!
  • Set if Off - Get your face melted off by 5 bands performing at the State Theatre in downtown St. Pete!
  • Yamato, The Drummers of Japan - These Japanese drummers offer their own form of expression through drumming, which honors matsuri, the source of Japanese mythology and performing arts.
  • Todd Glass - The always satirical and often times irreverent Todd Glass is taking a break from his national tour with David Spade to perform for a limited time at the Tampa Improv in Ybor!
  • This Wonderful Life - Get in the holiday spirit by seeing a performance of the classic "This Wonderful Life" at the newly revamped American Stage Theater in downtown St. Pete.
