Charge added for man who killed crossing guard

Clearwater, Florida -- Clearwater police say they're adding a new charge for Julious Johnson, the man who allegedly ran a red light and caused an accident that killed a crossing guard and injured his two young children.

Police added the charge Felon in Possession of a Firearm after finding a Smith and Wesson .40 caliber handgun in the area where Johnson was seen running from police immediately after Tuesday's crash.

A judge set Johnson's bail at $500,000 on Wednesday.
