Now after 10 Investigates followed up and still found conditions were still not meeting code, MOSI announced it is voluntarily closing the cafe and food service.

In a statement issued ony Thursday afternoon, MOSI says:

"In order to ensure that it is delivering the highest quality food service to its guests, MOSI has voluntarily closed its café and food service operations for temporary repairs and renovations. For the convenience of its guests, MOSI will provide pre-packaged sandwiches and snacks available for purchase, along with inviting several of our food truck partners to remain on property during business hours. We plan on re-opening the café in four to six weeks, once we complete a thorough renovation and retraining of our café staff. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your continued support of MOSI's non-profit mission of being a community-based institution and educational resource."
