
St. Petersburg, Florida- Police are investigating what appears to be a home invasion in south St. Petersburg.
Lt. David Gatlin of the St. Petersburg Police Department says one person inside the home was shot during the break in and transported to Bayfront Medical Center with non life threatening injuries.
The home is located at 2260 21st Street South.
Police are canvassing the neighhborhood but so far have made no arrests.
