New school year a pain in the back?

With the first day of school just around the corner, there's a lot going through parents and their kids' minds. But is one of them backpack safety?

According to the American Occupational Therapy Association, 40 million students in the United States carry backpacks.

One study even says 6 out of 10 students reported backpain because of what they were carrying.

So what can parents do to ensure their kids' back are pain free this school year?
