Orlando, Florida - More than 100 students of an Orlando prep school called in sick on Tuesday after at least 22 students were diagnosed with the H1N1 virus.
School officials at Lake Highland Preparatory School recently sent a letter to parents, saying that 22 students -- mostly fifth- and sixth-graders -- have contracted the virus, which is also known as swine flu.
Officials said the letter was intended to inform -- not alarm -- parents.
School officials said they are closely monitoring the situation and will isolate any student who appears to be ill.
