Deputies: husband dared wife to kill him; she did.

New Port Richey, Florida -- A wife snapped during an argument with her husband and did what he dared her to: stab him to death with a kitchen knife, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said today.

Lillian Dolores Fahrer, 59, of 7432 Little Road, was charged with manslaughter in the death Wednesday night of her husband at their home on Trouble Creek Road.

Investigators said the two had argued over a front door that had been broken the day before when he allegedly pushed her against a wall and she reached for a knife in the kitchen sink

She said he told her "Go ahead bitch and stab me, kill me, go ahead." She said she snapped, grabbed the knife, and stabbed him in the chest. He died at the scene.

Deputies said prior to the argument both had been drinking.
