Clearwater, Florida - A 52-year-old Clearwater man is dead, hit while riding his bicycle Tuesday morning.
It happened around 9:45 a.m. at M.L.K Avenue and Lasalle Street. Clearwater Police say Willie Nelson rode his motorized bicycle into the path of an oncoming van.
Nelson was not wearing a helmet.
Investigators say the driver of the van had the right-of-way and will not be charged.
