A cold front over the easter Gulf is approaching the Florida Peninsula. Showers and a few isolated storms are well ahead of the system. The front slowly arrives tomorrow and stalls over central Florida through Wednesday. An area of low pressure may form south of the front and produce abundant showers late Tuesday into Wednesday. The weather will remain unsettled until the next front pushes through on Thanksgiving morning.
Drier and cooler air will follow into the holiday weekend.
