Flavors of Tampa Bay: Crepe-ology

Safety Harbor, Florida - If you have ever enjoyed a crepe, then you will love Crepe-ology, located in downtown Safety Harbor. This is a quaint little place with a nice, pet-friendly deck that is surrounded by plenty of trees.

Kurt and Pam Bollenbacher opened up Crepe-ology two years ago. They had always dreamed of owning their own place and being in control of their own destiny.

During one of their trips to France, they discovered crepes. A crepe is a thin wrap made with flour, eggs and milk in which you can wrap... almost anything.  So Kurt started experimenting, mixing various ingredients that he purchased fresh every morning. His creations are all over the menu.
