TAMPA, Florida (AP) -- One of three suspects accused of kidnapping and raping two Apollo Beach restaurant workers in August 2008 has been sentenced to life in prison.

A Hillsborough County judge announced 15-year-old Jose Walle's sentence on Wednesday. Walle, who was 13 at the time of the attack, pleaded guilty last month to multiple felonies, including kidnapping and sexual battery.

Authorities say Walle, along with 22-year-old Rigoberto Moron Martinez and 21-year-old Vincente Reyes-Carbajal, forced the women into a vehicle and drove to a location in southeastern Hillsborough County. All three men then sexually assaulted both women before eventually letting them go.

Walle was previously sentenced to 27 years for another rape in Pinellas County.

Martinez and Reyes-Carbajal are awaiting trial.
