NEW PORT RICHEY, Florida -- The first of five counties has successfully prosecuted a Spring Hill man accused of scamming elderly homeowners through his driveway painting business.
Nick Stanko pleaded "No Contest" on Tuesday to Scheme to Defraud, a third-degree felony, in Pasco County. He'll be sentenced on March 18.
