NEW PORT RICHEY, Florida -- The first of five counties has successfully prosecuted a Spring Hill man accused of scamming elderly homeowners through his driveway painting business.

Nick Stanko pleaded "No Contest" on Tuesday to Scheme to Defraud, a third-degree felony, in Pasco County.  He'll be sentenced on March 18.

Part of the plea involves depositing $3,750 into a trust fund for victims.  10 News first reported on the complaints two years ago.
