Earlier in the day the three are accused of firing at a Zephyrhills police officer during a traffic stop.
Arrest warrants have now been issued for the three in connection with the bank robbery.
Officials say the three entered a Certus Bank wearing black masks and told everyone to get down before firing several shots into the ceiling. One of the three had what officials say appeared to be an AK-47 while another one had a pistol according to the FBI.
Detectives say the three left the bank in a white 4-door sedan with the New York license plate FBE 5900.
The three are considered armed and dangerous and anyone who sees them is urged to call 911 immediately.
