Tampa, Florida -- Around 1:45 a.m. this morning, police say a man was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the chin in the 3000 block of N 42nd St. N.  

Tampa Police say the victim, identified as 34-year-old Alphonso Guice, is in serious condition.

So far, there are no suspects at this time.
