LARGO, Florida -- A man wanted for allegedly shooting another man in the hand during an argument has turned himself in to police.
Tommy Preston, 47, reportedly got into an argument with 51-year-old Johnny Holdcroft over Preston's girlfriend on Saturday. Deputies say Preston contacted his girlfriend this morning and said he wanted to turn himself in.
Preston met with a deputy in the parking lot near the Criminal Justice complex off of 49th Street in Largo and was taken into custody. He is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, and aggravated assault.
