Tampa Bay, Florida -- High pressure will keep us dry under sunny skies for the next few days. As winds veer to the northeast, and eventually to the south by the weekend, temps will rebound to near normal levels for this time of year with upper 70's and low 80's expected by the weekend.
Overnight, skies will be clear with a low of 49 degrees for Tampa. Low temperatures will drop into the upper 30's and low 40's for the Nature Coast where patchy frost will be possible.
We will see favorable conditions for the spread of wildfires on Friday with low humidity and available dry fuels. A fire weather warning is in effect for Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, and Highlands County from 11 AM until 8 PM. The threat will diminish over the weekend as our low level moisture increases.
