Bradenton, Florida - A Manatee County Jail inmate who committed suicide last week, told people he was depressed after he buried his girlfriend's body when she died from a drug overdose. Glenn Bivens, 44, killed himself when he jumped head first off the balcony area of the jail May 18. Investigators with the Manatee County Sheriff's office say Bivens told people he was upset over the death Tamara Toy. He said Toy overdosed and that he buried her body somewhere. Detectives are hoping someone might have information on the case. Bivens and Toy had a trailer in Lake Placid and were last seen together April 24, at a motel in Manatee County.
