Sarasota, Florida - After a 5 hour hearing, Sarasota County Circuit Judge Rick DeFuria ordered Carolrose Fullwood's siblings to their grandparents. On Monday the Department of Children and Families removed the four youngest brothers and sisters from their grandparents' Ft. Myers home.

The children's parents will be allowed supervised visits as long as their grandparents are present. Judge DeFuria also ordered both the parents and grandparents not to discuss Carolrose with their children.

The six year old disappeared early Sunday morning from her North Port home and a neighbor found her body nearby, in a wooded area behind a home that was being built.

So far police have not made any arrests in the child's murder.
