Hillsborough County, Florida - Closing arguments are underway in the murder trial of a lottery winner in Tampa.

Prosecutors say 39-year old Jeffrey Dampier Junior was murdered by his own sister in law over money. Victoria Jackson and her boyfriend Nathaniel Jackson are charged with first degree murder.

They are being tried seperately. Victoria's trial started Monday.

Dampier won $20-million in the Illinois lottery in 1996. He then moved to Lithia and opened "Kassie's Gourmet Popcorn" in Channelside.
