TAMPA, Florida (AP) — Daredevil Evel Knievel is suing rapper Kanye West in Tampa over a video.

Knievel, whose real name is Robert Craig Knievel, is taking issue with a sexually charged video in which West takes on the persona of “Evel Kanyevel” and jumps a motorcycle over a canyon.

The suit filed in federal court claims infringement on his trademarked name and likeness. Knievel also claims the "vulgar and offensive" images depicted in the video damage his reputation, calling the video "the most worthless piece of crap I've ever seen in my life."

West could not be reached for comment. The suit seeks damages and to stop distribution of the video.

The 68-year-old Knievel lives in Clearwater and has been in poor health in recent years.
