St. Petersburg, Florida - Several Bay area phone numbers are in the DC Madam's little black book. Actually Deborah Jeane Palfrey's little black book isn't all that little. On Wednesday she released 46 pounds of phone records.
Federal prosecutors have accused Palfrey of racketeering by running a prostitution ring. She contends that her escort service was a legitimate business, offering sexual fantasies.
Tampa Bay's 10 checked out some of the numbers in the 727 and 813 area codes. We were able to confirm only one number: it belongs to Palfrey's mother in Tarpon Springs.
Most of the Florida numbers in her phone records are for the Orlando-Winter Park area.
