Tampa, FL - Former Tampa Bay Devil Rays outfielder Elijah Dukes was a no-show in his divorce case.
Judge J. Kevin Carey is trying to determine if Dukes was served proper notice about the hearing when a deputy served him on June 22nd.
The hearing is rescheduled for Monday, July 16, 2007.
