Orlando, FL -- Investigators say there is nothing they can do to stop a central Florida man from putting pictures of scantily clad, pre-teen models on a website.

David Hardman is a photographer who has created a website of girls ages 10 - 17. Hardman says it is an online modeling website, so girls can get exposure. A newspaper that exposes pedophiles and protects children says that is not what is going on and parents need to be aware of it. The young girls are posed in bathtubs, in beds, and some are wearing lingerie.

Kevin Gillick, The Guardian Publisher
“So if you're going to have your daughter do this kind of modeling and you're gonna take money for it? Know that even though it's legal, you're having your child promoted for sex. These are obviously salacious, seductive, sexual pictures, children in thongs, 13 years old in latex, this is a sexual fetish, this is pedophilia. No matter what way you stack it up that's the way it is.”

The photographer says parents are at the photo shoots and pay him. This is what clients get for $500: the girls get their own DVD sold online for $39. Gillick says the DVD's are sold to anyone, which could include pedophiles. Police say there's nothing they can do at this point, because the photographer hasn't done anything illegal.

Hardman says the ongoing investigation into his business has caused his neighbors to turn against him. He says there is nothing wrong with what he is doing because the parents give consent.
