West Palm Beach, Florida - A House review of some e-mails former U.S Rep. Mark Foley sent and received through his congressional account revealed no sexually explicit photos.
But the investigation continues into his lurid Internet communications with male teenage pages.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says its investigation into whether Foley tried to seduce underage boys has been hindered because neither Foley nor the House will let its investigators examine his congressional computers.
A letter from the House general counsel to the FDLE was obtained by The Associated Press today. It says the House Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, which provides computer support for congressional members, has reviewed some of Foley's e-mail traffic before his September 29th resignation. The letter says no graphic images were discovered in those e-mails.
It was not immediately clear when those e-mails were sent or received, but officials say they could date back years.
Foley's attorneys did not immediately return a telephone message today.
