Manatee County, Florida - Deputies have made a second arrest in the kidnapping of a 13-year-old Parrish boy.

21-one-year-old Ana Purecofinoco was arrested Wednesday night and charged as an accessory after the fact in the February 23 kidnapping of Clay Moore. She was in court Thursday morning.

Deputies say 22-year-old Vicente Ignacio Beltran-Moreno grabbed Moore from a Parrish bus stop and drove him to a wooded area off State Road 64. Officers say Beltran-Moreno blindfolded and gagged Moore and then tied him to a tree.

Moore managed to escape. Deputies eventually tracked Beltran-Moreno to Mexico, where he surrendered.

Officers say Ana Purecofinoco is Beltran-Moren's girlfriend and that she helped in the kidnapping.

She went before a Manatee judge Thursday morning, who set $10,000 bond. The judge says he does not consider her a flight risk, she has family here and she helped authorities apprehend her boyfriend.
