Tampa, Florida – Robert Linger the General Manager of Fox 13 News, WTVT-TV in Tampa, was arrested late Friday night in Tampa on Lois Avenue North, which is in the Drew Park section of town.
Linger is charged with on one count lewd and lascivious behavior as well as exposure of sexual organs.
