Clearwater, Florida – Police say a 20-year-old man is under arrest on charges he had sex on three occasions in the past month with an 11-year-old girl.
Santos Carrillo-Antonio of North Highland Ave., Clearwater faces one count of capital sexual battery.
Investigators say a member of the victim's family caught the two together at a private residence and notified the police.
The name of the victim is being withheld for her protection.
Carrillo-Antonto was arrested this morning and taken to the Pinellas County Jail.
