Tampa, Florida - A Hollywood pornographer was sentenced by a

federal judge in Tampa to 3 years and 10 months in federal prison. He was also fined $7,500 for selling and distributing his videos.

A jury convicted 52-year-old Paul F. Little in June on 10 counts

of selling obscene material on the Internet and 10 counts of

shipping it to Tampa through the U.S. mail. Little -- who calls

himself Max Hardcore -- produced and starred in the films. The videos included scenes of urinating, vomiting and violently dominating women.

The jury watched more than eight hours of graphic and violent pornography in court and decided that the movies violated community standards for decency. Little's attorneys argued that the films were covered by the First Amendment.

Before he was sentenced on Friday, Little apologized to the U.S.

district judge and told her he didn't think he had done anything

illegal. Little's attorneys say he intends to appeal. Little will turn

himself in to authorities in California.
