Serengeti Night Safari
Busch Gardens just took the Serengeti Safari up a notch. Now, take a two-hour stroll on the Serengeti Plain... at NIGHT! See lions, hippos, rhinos, zebras and more on the Serengeti Night Safari. Passengers must be at least 21 years old for this moonlit adventure through the Edge of Africa. Call or visit the website for reservations. Fridays & Saturdays through December 20, with select weekend dates/times beginning in January 2009. 7 p.m., $60.

Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Nashville Predators
The Lightning take on the Predators at the Forum. Tickets are available starting at $8 for the 7:30 game.

Cheap Trick
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band performed by Cheap Trick at Ruth Eckerd Hall at 7:30 p.m. The Dream Police will open and are backed by a full symphony orchestra.

Broken Social Scene
The seven-piece will be playing at Jannus Landing for only $20. They will be playing some of Brendan Canning and Kevin Drew's hits as well as their fan favorites at 7 p.m.

Pirate Festival
Ahoy, matey! Take a journey back in time to the 1720's when Vinoy Park hosts the Pirate Festival. Arr! Don't miss out on the festivities; $12.

MTV Reality Mix Tour
Check it out when MTV puts DJ Silver and DJ Randy Barry up in front of a Tampa audience for the first time. The boys start spinning live at Floyd's beginning at 10 p.m.

Darryl Worley
Check out a true Tennessee-bred country cutie when he takes the stage in Bradenton. Darryl Worley makes a great finale for Joyland's Fall Concert Series.

Rakim & Ken-y
Don't miss a chance to see this popular Puerto Rican duo on stage in Tampa. Rakim & Ken-y are bringing their hot reggaeton beats to The Ritz Ybor at 10 p.m.

Annual Channelside Tree Lighting
The holidays are almost here, and Channelside Bay Plaza is kicking off their yearly treelighting ceremony and festivities at the courtyard there to prove it. The event will also feature a stilt walker, face painters, balloon makers, Florida Art School dancers, the Berkley Prep Marching Band and more beginning at 6 p.m.

DJ Dan
See this DJ live and "Amplified." DJ Dan will be mixing it up at the Green Iguana-Veterans starting at 10 p.m.

USF Bulls vs. UConn
The University of South Florida Bulls football team take on the University of Conneticut Huskies at Raymond James Stadium.

Gallagher
Ruth Eckerd Hall See this fruit-smashing comedian live at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Some words of caution to those sitting in the first few rows: you are sitting in the splash zone.

The White Album 40th Anniversary
WMNF presents a musical celebration of the Beatles at Skipper's Smokehouse. The White Album's 40th Anniversary bash will feature the Ditchflowers, Rebekah Pulley & the Reluctant Prophets, Four Star Riot and the Vodkanauts; 8 p.m.

Chillounge Night
Lounge furniture will be all around Straub Park for cocktails, fashion show, and live performances. Cover is $20 and is from 6 - 11 p.m.

The Lightning take of divison rivals the Devils at 5 p.m. at the Forum.

Rock and Roll Swap Meet
You'll be sure to hear a variety of music at Jannus Landing on Sunday. A new band goes up every 30 minutes at the Rock and Roll Swap Meet. If you manage to get away from the stage, take some time to browse new tunes, buy some for yourself or even start your holiday shopping for the music lovers you know. The swap meet will feature artists like the Beauvilles, Rebekah Pulley, the Doll Parts and more.

Any Given Sunday
The Green Iguana, NFL Alumni of Tampa Bay and Metromix are teaming up to raise money for the NFL Alumni Caring for Kids - Dire Need Fund. Plus, you can get your friends together to watch the Bucs play at a great location, and win some free stuff. The game is at 12 p.m., but the Bucs festivities at Green Iguana North Westshore kick off at 11 a.m.
