Plant City, Florida -- Deputies have issued a warrant for the arrest of a Tampa man on charges he killed one man and critically wounded another in the backyard of a home in Plant City Thursday afternoon.
Wanted on charges of 2nd Degree Murder and Attempted Murder is Fransisco Rangel, 25, of 4536 Golfwood Blvd., Tampa.
The sheriff's office says he shot and killed Michael James Longoria, 36, of South Forbes Road in Plant City, then wounded an as yet unidentified 29-year-old man who was taken to the hospital in guarded condition.
