Thomas Lance Maynard was arrested on February 13, 2009 during an undercover sting operation by the Pasco County Sheriff's department to crack down on prostitution complaints.
This wasn't Maynard's first run in with the law. He's also been busted for possession of Marijuana (under 20 grams), battery, and possession of marijuana (over 20 grams) and drug paraphernalia.

His trouble started back in 1996, and as his rap sheet developed so did his 'stache.

July 25, 1996 - A clean shaven Maynard is picked up on possession of Marijuana (over 20 grams) and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
April 1, 1997 - Maynard is charged with Battery with non-serious injury. Ah, the first signs of the wee-stache are appearing.
January 29, 2001 - Maynard is once again picked up on possession of marijuana (under 20 grams). It's been almost four years, but his patience is starting to pay off, now that's a 'stache any teenage boy would be proud of!
February 13, 2009 - Maynard is busted along with 23 other men during a 3 day sting by the Pasco County Sheriff's Department. He is charged with Reckless Driving, Battery, and Solicitation of another to commit prostitution. Hard to image that a guy with a full 'stache like that would ever need to pay for the favors of women! Guess he should have kept the mullet...
