Arkansas plans to appeal same-sex marriage ruling

EUREKA SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas attorney general has told the judge who overturned the state's ban on gay marriage that he will appeal the ruling to the state Supreme Court. Dustin McDaniel gave the notice late last night, but not before 15 marriage licenses were issued for same-sex couples in northwestern Arkansas' Carroll County.
