Galveston, TX (CNN) - "Shark Boy" does it again! But this time 10-year-old Hunter Stevens reeled in a huge stingray, instead of a shark.
The boy's excitement, though, was tempered with sadness when he realized the ray was injured.
His father caught the incident on tape while the pair were fishing from their kayak near Galveston, Texas Sunday.
The boy tells his dad that the stingray's barb or tail is missing.
And that "mean people" are responsible for the wounded fish.
He gave the ray a kiss before setting it free.
Hunter first made headlines after reeling in several large sharks.
Those catches were also made while fishing with his dad from their kayak.
