Bellefonte, Pennsylvania-- Jerry Sandusky has been found guilty on 45 of the 48 counts of child sexual abuse.
The jury released the verdict just after 10 p.m. on Friday, June 22.
Sandusky faces up to 442 years in prison.
There were originally 52 pending charges, but a total of four counts were dropped, three of which pertained to "alleged victim number 4."
The other count was dropped because the statute on which that charge was based wasn't in effect on the date of the alleged incident.
Sandusky, 68, pleaded not guilty to the charges of child sex abuse against a total of 10 boys over a 15-year period.
