Grand Junction, Colorado - A cat fight landed a Colorado in the hospital on Monday.
State police say the unidentified woman was driving down an interstate outside Grand Junction when two cats sitting in her lap began fighting.
Officers say when the woman tried to separate the animals she lost control of her car, which rolled over onto the interstate.
The Colorado State Patrol says another car and a semi-truck had to swerve off the road to avoid hitting the woman.
The driver was issued a ticket for careless driving and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
So far, the dueling cats have not been found.
