Thai Market and Kitchen fire in Tampa

Police say they've made an arrest in the arson of a South Tampa Thai restaurant. Investigators say just after 9 p.m. Tuesday, 34-year-old James Nettles broke into the Thai Market and Kitchen, and set fire to the restaurant to cover up a robbery.
