Ford Pinto pulled over for being too unsafe to drive

Much of the vehicle was rusted out. A tire was actually holding a gas can in the front seat and was rigged up to the engine. Officials said the car was impounded and the driver was cited on charges of unsafe equipment and no Minnesota driver's license.
