AUSTIN, Texas - Billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has challenged Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump to an interview with Cuban ready to donate $10 million to the charity of Trump’s choice in exchange for the interview.
The challenge from Cuban came on Twitter Friday morning. Cuban, who opposes Trump’s candidacy for president, wants to interview Trump only on his policies.
Cuban said the only ground rules to the interview are that no one else is in the room except Trump, the Mavericks owner, and the broadcast crew. In addition, Trump can’t mention the Clintons or discuss anything other than the details of his own plans.
Cuban even added a caveat that instead of donating the money to charity, Trump could simply keep the $10 million for his own use.
