St. Petersburg, Florida -- Rescue crews have located the body of a welder killed in the collapse of a former Progress Energy power plant building on Weedon Island. 

The body of Clark White was located around 8 p.m. Monday by a search and rescue task force made up of five area fire departments and White's co-workers.

White was a welder with Frontier Industries out of Buffalo, NY, which was contracted to do demolition work at the old power plant.
