Largo, Florida - The Florida Highway Patrol says Michael Graziano was critically injured in a car crash overnight.
He is the brother of John Graziano, who suffered permanent brain damage in a 2007 crash with Nick Bollea, the son of Hulk Hogan.
Both Graziano brothers were passengers in their respective crashes.
FHP says the latest crash happened at 3 a.m. at the intersection of Ulmerton Road and 66th Street North. The accident shows Graziano was the passenger in a 2004 Volvo driven by 23-year-old Cameron Bosley of Dunedin.

Troopers say Bosley was driving at a high rate of speed on Ulmerton when he hit the back of a dump truck as he approached 66th Street North.
The driver of the truck, Steven Brady was not injured.
The report also shows Graziano and Bosley were not wearing their seat belts. Troopers do not believe alcohol was a factor.
Charges are pending.
Bosley is listed in stable condition, while Graziano is listed in very critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center.
Graziano's mother, Debra released this statement: "It is a time for prayer. The family is just begging for prayers for Michael and to keep them [Michael and John] healing."
In 2007, Graziano's brother, John, suffered a severe brain injury after Nick Bollea crashed into a palm tree in Clearwater. John was a passenger in the car and needs a lifetime of medical care.
Bollea served five months in jail for causing the crash.
The Graziano family also made headlines last year after their father, Edward Graziano was sentenced to 10 years in prison for plotting to hire someone to kill his wife, Debra.
Bosley has had his own troubles with the law, with at least two arrests in Pinellas County. In 2005, he was booked on charges of reckless driving, fleeing/eluding, resisting arrest and sale and delivery of a controlled substance. Court records show he served nearly 8 months in jail on was on probation.
FHP says charges in Tuesday morning's crash could include careless driving. Again, the crash is still under investigation.
