Clearwater Beach, FL - Trying to find fun in a flooded west central Florida neighborhood, CNN iReporter Patty Belloise caught this memorable moment of a guy wakeboarding behind a car.
High tide and heavy rains from Tropical Storm Debby combined to make for a soggy mess in Clearwater Beach. Flood waters on the island did go down as the tide went out. The storm is forecasted to dump rain on Florida for the next few days.
