Sanford, Florida-- George Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch captain charged with killing Trayvon Martin, will face a judge in the morning.
This will be Zimmerman's second bond hearing after his first bond was revoked earlier this month.
The hearing was revoked after prosecutors say he and his wife misled the court about their finances.
The Zimmermans failed to mention more than $125,000 collected from donations they had in a bank account.
Since Zimmerman's last hearing, new video has been released Zimmerman's explanation of what happened the night of Trayvon Martin's death.
Defense attorney Mark O'Mara says his client should be given a second chance at bail now that the financial issues have been resolved.
Zimmerman is charged with second degree murder and has pleaded not guilty, claiming self-defense.
