Tampa, Florida -- Hillsborough County is charging Scott Schweickert with two counts of first degree murder for the deaths of Jason Galehouse and Michael Wacholtz.
Police believe Schweikert and Steven Lorenzo abducted, drugged, tortured, raped and murdered the two men on consecutive nights. They then distributed their body parts in dumpsters around Tampa Bay back in December 2003.
Lorenzo was convicted of the murders back in 2005 on federal charges, and is currently serving a 200-year prison sentence.
Schweickert was previously convicted as Lorenzo's accomplice, and is currently serving 40 years in prison.
