MACON, Ga. (AP) - A man accused of robbing a south Georgia bank with his siblings during a crime spree that started in Florida and ended with a Colorado shootout plans to enter a new plea in a Georgia court.

A lawyer for Dylan Dougherty Stanley says he plans to plead guilty during a hearing Friday in Macon. Ryan Dougherty and Lee Grace Dougherty pleaded guilty last month to Georgia bank robbery and gun charges and are to be sentenced in December. All three had pleaded not guilty to the charges in May.
The siblings pleaded guilty to Colorado charges last August. Stanley-Dougherty got 32 years for those charges, while his siblings got shorter sentences.
They still face charges in Florida, where authorities say they shot at an officer during a high-speed chase in Zephyrhills.
